We would like to inform our valued customers that United Lifts, our new service provider, has commenced maintenance on the centre’s vertical transport systems. This partnership commenced at the end of last month and their contracted technician will ensure prompt attendance to any operational issues. 

In addition, day-to-day operation maintenance has been identified and scheduled for immediate repairs. We are committed to major repairs for all vertical transport, including the 4 lifts, 4 travelators, and 2 escalators. Our team is working closely with the local council to ensure a smooth process.

These major works are expected to span approximately 12-week period. While we anticipate some minor disruptions during this time, rest assured that we will communicate transparently throughout the program of works. We will provide alternate access options to help you move around the centre seamlessly.
